You can either buy your tickets for the tower driveway online in advance or simply on site – either way, you’re in for a treat! In front of the town hall, you stop at the large entrance on the left and find the elevator there, which will initially take you up to the 4th floor. Then it’s time to change to another elevator that takes you to the viewing platform of the tower. And wait until you see the view from up there! It’s absolutely breathtaking. By the way, the tower is crowned by the figure of the Munich child, who proudly watches over the city.
Once you reach the top, you’ll be blown away by the incredible 360-degree view of Munich! You’ll be able to see the Allianz Arena, the Olympic Tower and, of course, the Frauenkirche – everything is at your feet! The view is incredible in any weather, and there are so many photo ops!
