A wonderful place where you can experience the local wildlife up close with your little ones – that’s Assling Wildlife Park! This lovely wildlife park is tucked away in a gorgeous setting, with a wonderful variety of enclosures where you can get up close and personal with some amazing native wild animals.
Here you can get up close and personal with deer, roe deer, goats and many other animals with your family, which is a truly magical experience! Some of the animals, such as the curious goats and gentle deer, even roam free and can sometimes be fed, which is a real treat for younger visitors.
One of the best things about the wildlife park is the underwater world. A staircase takes you to an underground area where you can look through large windows into a water basin. Here, fish play right under your nose – it’s a truly magical experience!
There are so many playgrounds in the park, which is great because it means there’s plenty of fun to be had! The playground next to the goose enclosure is a real hit with the kids, who love playing with the water while the curious geese watch them from a safe distance. If you’re feeling adventurous, you’ll love the summer toboggan run! It’s a great way to enjoy a speedy ride together and top off the day with an adrenaline rush.
